In 2014, four European artists - Armin Linke, Antje Schiffers, Marjetica Potrč and Anthony Schrag - worked in South Africa while at the same time five South Africans - Athi-Patra Ruga, Dan Halter, Taswald Pillay, Terry Kurgan and Rangoato Hlasane - worked in Europe.

Rund 80 weltweite Fallstudien zur temporären Nutzung des öffentlichen Raums in Metropolen sind im CCCB zu sehen. Die Ausstellung untersucht das weltweite Phänomen der informellen, temporären und anonymen Nutzung des Stadtraumes und wirft dabei einige kritische Fragen auf.


"Post-it Cities" looks at different overlapping uses of urban territory, focusing on the viewpoints offered by architecture, town planning and the visual arts. "Post-it Cities" seeks to explore the phenomenon by means of the ephemeral cities that infect the everyday city with uncoded, temporary, anonymous uses, with an implicitly critical approach.
